Overseas customers do not choose a restaurant or a clinic from a search box. They choose it on their own country's platform — reading reviews on Xiaohongshu, checking ratings on Dianping, finding the way on Amap. So instead of translating Korean content and posting it, Exclusive opens accounts on those platforms and has local staff run them.

Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese and Vietnamese staff work on the accounts directly, with no subcontracting. One team handles account setup and verification, content planning and production, comment and enquiry replies, rating and review management, and local ad buying.

We measure conversions, not views. Campaigns are designed and reported against the actions that lead to revenue — saves, enquiries, directions, bookings. In regulated sectors such as medical advertising, wording is screened first against the Medical Service Act and medical advertising review.

Since the company was founded in 2024 we have worked with more than 60 advertisers — clinics and hospitals, restaurants, cafés, hair salons, accommodation and tourism venues. The channels and local networks this division builds are used directly by the reviewer platform, medical tourism and commerce divisions.
